About Me

My fitness journey started at a very early age- just 10 years old, I was already struggling with weight management and hormonal imbalances. I tried every sport, every workout, and every “perfect diet” I could find, learning the hard way that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. By 14, after battling an eating disorder and losing my period for a year, I decided to shift my focus from losing weight to getting stronger. That mindset change was life-changing.

At 15, I earned my first fitness qualification and started running weekly bootcamps — and yes, 15-year-old Brooke was a ruthless coach. Through high school, I explored different training styles, from strength training to CrossFit, and learned firsthand the importance of proper nutrition, recovery, and structure.

After high school, I began my studies in Exercise Physiology and earned my Certificate IV in Fitness. I also began working with a coach who completely transformed my understanding of training — consistency, progressive overload, and fueling for performance became my foundation. I fell in love with bodybuilding and even stepped on stage after completing a 24-week prep, competing in three back-to-back shows and bringing home my first medals.

Now, my mission is to help others break through the confusion of fitness and build strong, confident bodies through education, structure, and sustainable habits. I’ve been where you are — confused, overwhelmed, and searching for what really works. My coaching is built to give you clarity, direction, and results that last.
